  • Isn't this the machine the new ab commercials use in their "hard to use and ineffective prior solutions" segment? The only difference is that they get a fat chick to use the machine and change the video to black and white.

    I don't believe for a minute that this fitness model only exercises using body wheels for 3-5 minutes a day, 2-3 days a week. There is simply no way she could maintain such a toned, trim physique doing only that. Mentioning these figures gives women unrealistic expectations.
