That looks very smiliar to how one of my paddle balloons look like inflated. It's narrow at the bottom and then it bulges out towards the top.

This is likely a supercell, one of the dead give aways is the overshooting top. Overshooting tops are due to strong updrafts that punch through the stratosphere up to 65,000-70,000 and can have updraft wind speeds of 160km/h.

i have seen many severe thunderstorms with overshooting tops that are not supercells nor tornado producers.

The super cell is just a very servere and maybe tornadic thunderstorm. cumulonimbus is just the name for thunderclouds.
