  • C'mon, winning with a gi is way more impressive than winning without one. Gi requires better technique, skill, and patience. No gi is more like trying to hold on to a slippery eel: if you're fast, strong, and a little lucky you'll probably win. That isn't the principle attitude of BJJ.
