Um Ampchu so you say that Duck Dodgers is well balanced well I think so too, but do you think Fat Albert, Popeye with his new update and Underdog are all balanced too?
They kinda represent MvC's over-the-topness (then again MvC was a really broken game... And don't get me started with MvC2). But not something like Cable or Sentinel over-the-top
God i hate captain caveman. nice job making him sleep with the fishes along with Neco-Arc, and Super Mech-Hisui's death was one of the greatest in MUGEN history.
Captain Caveman is not as bad as Marvin but I still consider him cheap for the fact that he barely has lag in his high priority attacks as well as for having cheap strikers and projectiles... As well as having Supers that tend to consme the whole screen (as well as one being unblockable).
Duck Dodger is pretty balanced actually, even if he had a stronger AI. Marvin the Martian is in fact cheap because he spams the area with projectiles and even strikers non-stop with little or no cooldown time and his AI is cheap enough to take advanage of this.
super mech hisui is definetly the cheapest character I have seen so far. she can prabaly kill the other cheap characters in no time at all. she so cheap the only way to kill her is with an invinible character like O.T.H

Yeah, but editted Omega Tom Hanks isn't exactly a legal character, is he (same goes for Demon Hunter Mai and Omega Tiger Woods, both, Garionfeld edits)?
thanks so much for killing these cheapies expecialy super mech-hisui. I could never beat her because she always does that whirl wind thing right away and instantly kills you. i also liked how caveman died lol.
great ownage and I might need to think about with Neco-Arc. I think it might be safe to stick with TENE's neco-Arc. and yea, the main cheap killers needed a break and let a substitute take care of business. like with Neo-septiroth in my series and and stupied little drill tank in neokamek's series.
Why Neco, why did you have to be cheap? IT DIDN'T HAVE TO END THIS WAY!
