  • it's funny how little pistols have changed in a hundred years, after all.. they've got lighter, they've got double stack mags and they're probably da/sa, but still.. that aint much, in that long a time

  • interesting video, thank you

  • your gloves look realy comfortable

  • @Hteam1422 they are...

    Thanks for watching!

  • @MrColt45acp lol

  • Just a few words to tell you that an interesting downloadable ebook on this model (technical and historic aspects) is available at HLebooks.com.

  • VERY SEXY GUN.

  • Is it too much for a field strip video on this one?

  • @VinnyS914 I posted a field strip video on the Colt Model 1900 last October. Thanks for watching!

  • i would like to see more of the older pistols as well

  • Thanks for posting. Good Review and history lesson.

  • Definitely want to see more with the improved camera!

  • Please do them all over , Gerry .

  • I agree with the others, yes indeed film more! The new cam is working great.

  • how far into the project are you? do you have a count of the firearms left to detail clean and if so do you have another project lined up in the near future? Just curious if a collection of other types of firearms are in the future of your channel. I also enjoyed your nature videos in your beginnings , beautiful wildlife/landscape..

  • @ITHINKUREALESUK I am close to finishing the second cabinet. Almost 200 pistols cleaned. I'm doing this in the evenings and some on the weekends as I have a day job. Fortunately he is not in a hurry to have this project finished. It is going to take way longer than I thought now that we have decided to detail strip all of the older pistols. When I finish the 1911 & 1911A1 military models it is back to the year 1911 and the introduction of Commercial Models. All to this point have been military.

  • @MrColt45acp thanks for answering all of my questions! I am glad to hear we are in for many new models over an extended period, and your doing a terrific job....... the educational tutorials along with excellent quality guns make for a priceless education for all off us that would otherwise never get an up close look at these antique firearms.
