try and tighten your body when your fliping, so you feel more weightless. also when your in the handstand straighten your arms, and put them closer to your head so your landing more clean. Iwould recommend you to do this on a spring floor or a tramp, so you have more room, and bounce. you get the concept of the back handspring, you just need to work on technicallity. all and all, more practice and youll get it down. after that you can work on a standing back tuck :)

@1231geegee nothing to get scared off. if you fall it will only hurt. in about 8-20 secs. its very easy to do a backflip. i think its much! easyer to do a backflip than backhand spring.
