This show was beast !!!! I watched in portegese then English then spanish !! Omg it is so awesome but the language I hardly understand was Spanish , I speak portegese brazilian

The only thing is - is that None of them look Indian at all. And not on the stereotype here because some Indians from the North are lighter like Hrithik Roshan or Aditi Govitrikar. But these people look very Mediterranean/European looking. It kind of loses the whole Indian Feeling of it.

Fortunately the Brazilian public catched on this boring predictable formula & complained to the channel they change the plot for following reasons: (1) Novelas needs to stop trying to implant this utterly false sense of hope on the minds of women & girls that a baby will make a guy stay or come back to her (2) It was time to show why people needed to reconsider their views on abortion (3) Show a happy ending in an arranged marraige & tradition thriumphing modernity in 1 thing 4 a change.

Oringinally the Bahuan's baby from Maya was gonna force Maya & Bahuan to fight all odds to be together again. And Raj was suppose to die a few episodes after Maya's baby to Bahuan was born. Then the producers decided to change the story = The Baby of Bahuan to Maya, and baby of Raj to Duda would make Bahuan & Maya to come together & Raj & Duda to coem together & than "arraged marraiges" between famalies sucks & modernity turimphs over traditions & other predictable stuff in shows like this!

Well I don't know who they were exactly targeting with the this English Trailer, because in North America this Soap Opera went by the way side like everything else that is not in english. But I was surprised the Spanish Language version of the Soap Opera never became the kind of hit that "O Clone" or "El Clon" became. But never the less it was still a hit & did better than all the other soap operas.

@pascoesvale - LOL some of them (including Maya) have Arabic & MIddle Eastern Origins, but Brazilians are mixed with just about everything! The indian Community in brazil primarly lies in two places: São Paulo & the Boa Vista & Manaus. São Paulo is an international multi-cultural cosmopolitan, the New York of South America, and Boa Vista & Manaus because of there Close Proximities to both Guyana & Surinam have Indian populations from those two countries too!

Good soap but i do not like maya and raj together ...he should have ended up with duda...maya and raj built "love" on a pack of lies. im not impressed by their story line....it makes you think how hard it is to love an indian man because they will leave you
