  • @zhadlife i forgot what it cost but it is a dish for four. i find it funny how tony is all ga-ga over the bo-ssam served at momofuku, while he failed to cover it in his No Reservations show about korea. i guarantee you the bo-ssam you get in korea is 100 times better than that thing chang serves, it is one of the greatest things you could ever eat.

For peking duck you eat the sking so basically instead of the crispy skin he put roast pork belly. Also to those who are saying pork buns are found everywhere there are Chinese; yes that may be the case, but if you've seen a pork bun its not served like it is shown on this video normally .People need to learn there shit first

    It's a type of noodles freshly made by stretching/folding the dough over and over to make theem into this perfect thickness and chewyness. Noodle shop apprentices had to be trained for a long time to master the difficult technique before they could be making the noodles in front of the customers. And I can bet my ass that this clown David Chang doesn't know how to make it
