The RCMP rep. said that it's "one persons perspective". That's obviously bull because it's on camera. How is it considered a perspective when it's video evidence? That instantly negates any objection because you can't enhance the truth. What was on the video tape is EXACTLY what happened. That Dale Carr guy is an idiot.

I think the airport personal are also to blame, they probly just ignored his mother cause she couldn't speak english very well, and by telling her he wasn't there. Wouldn't security also notice someone wandering around the bagage area for 10 hours? It sounds like this guy died from the officer placing his knee in the guys neck and not from the Taser. It does not take very much force to crush the trachea. There are several departments that forbid officers to place any amount of pressure on someones neck because it can crush the trachea. This guy received two 5 second taser shocks.

Don't feel bad -- down here in the US we have the Department of Homeland Security, which has already been documented arresting a man for asking an agent to move his car, violating the Constitution by requiring searches of suitcases, and stunning acts of fatal violence to innocent bystanders in the name of justice.
