Well it's a private server for the fact he's got 3bil yet he's still using titanium normals.... and he has all those potion things, but getting 3bil is hard on live servers, it's not impossible, i know a guy who has over 10bil worth of items on him, 2 RoL+2 and a RoS +8 or so.
