Well I cannot see a funnel because its rly shaky and pixelated but I would also throw this out that a microburst or a gust front can also take a sign and rip it off besides if there is a damage path on the ground its therefore called a tornado. either way its not a funnel and many people confuse scud clouds for funnels. Someone says they seen a funnel I ask them if there was a wallcloud. Don't know what a wallcloud or a mesocyclone is? Don't speculate if you don't know these things.
I remember driving by that cloud over by the big extra foods and the golf course... kinda off Waneskewin road, i think..

We went get groceries and we had to go home to the farm, and almost hadto drive right under it.
A bunch of cars and us turned around and threw some closed road signs and went to wait it out in the golf course though. It turned out okay though, and didn't touch down, while we were around at least. =S
yea you can't see much in the video, sorry. you can hear it though, or at least the wind. It tore up the Moxy's sign pretty good, and caused some other damage. A thunder cloud doesn't take a huge steel sign and twist it into shreds, lol.

Yes, very good point. But we do get touchdowns. Look at 08's tornado. We just had one in martens ville area!
