@qerdus The 70 weeks symbolize 70 years in the end times interpretation of Daniel and Matthew. In these end times the "going forth of the command to rebuild Jerusalem" (Dan. 9:25) refers to the UN declaring Israel to be a sovereign state in November 29, 1947. Jesus refers to this same event in Matthew 24:32 as the flowering of the fig tree. Then He says this generation will not pass until all has been accomplished (Mt. 24:34). A generation is 70 years, the same as the 70 weeks in Daniel 9:24.

Yeshua did not do away with animal sacrifices. Animal sacrifices are a means for temporal atonement, "to be ritually clean to take part in temple service". Yeshua' sacrifice is a means for "Eternal Atonement". When He returns He will build the final Temple for His 1000 year reign and the Levi Priesthood and animal sacrifices will start up again. verse 25: A "score" means 20 years, so three-score means: 20 + 20 + 20 = 60 years. On the other hand, "two weeks" can be interpreted as 2 x 7 years= 14 years. We also believe that the decree to rebuild and restore Jerusalem could be viewed as having started when Israel was created in 1948. Therefore, the period is : 1948 + (60 years + 14 years) = 1948 + 74 years = 2022 AD which is the year we expect that Israel will end, based on analysis of the Quran.

Verse 25 says that the Anointed One will come after seven sevens (or weeks) from the decree to re-build Jerusalem . Jerusalem was captured by Israel in 6-day war that started in June 6 1967. So, the seven sevens (weeks) are 7 x 7 years = 49 years could be from June 6, 1967. However, assuming the years in the prophecy are based on 360 days per year, the seven sevens (weeks) are: 49 years x 360 days= 17,640 days = 48.33 years from June 6, 1967 which means October 6, 2015.

In these end times the "going forth of the command to rebuild Jerusalem" (Dan. 9:25) refers to the UN declaring Israel to be a sovereign state in November 29, 1947. Jesus refers to this same event in Matthew 24:32 as the flowering of the fig tree. Then He says this generation will not pass until all has been accomplished (Mt. 24:34). A generation is 70 years, the same as the 70 weeks in Daniel 9:24.

The "gentiles" in this case refer to non Jews who deny Christ, in other words, the followers of the Antichrist. All the nations other than Hebrew-Israeltes are heathen; a particular group of heathen are the Gentiles, who were/are the most vicious towards Hebrews and whom Hebrews called Gentile, the people to their north. I can punch too many holes in what you are saying. There's no room to debate this here with you. Old testament prophets were to be put to death if their predictions did not come to pass. You know, the 'predictions' in the Bible aren't predictions. They're more like instructions. No one can 'predict' something man will do. If they tell them it will happen, many people will MAKE it happen. Natural occurrences may be predicted, because man (usually) cannot affect them. I first wish to state that you have studied the Hebrew bible and your own as well, and even if it is in English, you have made a tremendous effort. I do not always agree with your conclusions, for various reasons, but I respect you as a sincere person. I don't believe that you have any prophecy however; you use logic and comparative language structures and text patterns.
The government of Israel is secular, much more so than the USA. The bible is treated as national heritage by most leaders.

I hope that your other calculations and conclusions are similarly mistaken; far be it that we should see the leaders of this country executed, even if they have made mistakes. Your comments about the future sacrifices, calling them "pagan" - as will be brought in the third and final temple are in contradiction to the text of the Hebrew bible, as found in Ezekiel 46: 4-7.

Here in America, the president takes the oath of office on a Bible and there are religious convocations as well, so yes, modern day ceremonies for the leader of a nation could very well be termed "anointing". Ezekiel's prophecies about a third temple are symbolic and to do refer to literal animal sacrifices as practiced in the Old Testament.

We do not believe that the third temple is a metaphor or poetic language; it has been established on high since the very moment of the destruction of the first temple, and merely waits the appointed hour of its descent to the earth, and it will never be destroyed, and the Prince (Moshiach) will bring sacrifices as described in Ezekiel. As for the king spoken of in Daniel, he died two thousand years ago (Herod Agrippus), at the hand of some fatal infection.

My purpose in this video is not to debate but rather to warn Israel by passing along my understanding of Daniel chapter 9. So far as I know, NO Christian or Hebrew Bible scholar has ever understood the verse structure of this chapter. I believe my "pairs" and "parallelism" analysis is incontrovertible and therefore gives weight to my teaching that chapter 9 is a warning from Daniel to the modern nation of Israel!
