I worked for Chase and it is a horrible horrible place work. If you are a customer of chase I would look for a different bank. Chase's goal is to separate you from your money and hit you with all kinds of fees. I would recommend a local bank where you will get decent service and not see a different face every time you go into the bank because the previous person was fired for not meeting their unrealistic sales quotas.

I just had a really bad week at HSBC and all of my coworkers told me to watch this.....it's great.
