He beat top light weight contenders such as JZ Calvan, Caol Uno, Eddie Alvarez, Gogoplata on Joachim Hansen during Pride, won shooto belt by beating Akira Kikuchi. He isnt a one-dimensional fighter either. He use's a combination of Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which makes him a difficult fighter to fight on the ground!
