Completely agreed. I, personally, really thought Punk Statik Paranoia was horrible. I really shuddered when I heard it for the first time - a deep disappointment. I don't think we'll hear much of this band anymore, sadly. Also, I think Julien-K is pretty okay but it's really just building on a less mysterious version of Orgy, trying to retain a former glory.

Orgy is still an active band, although all members remain constantly busy with numerous side projects as well such as Julien-K, it just goes to show they have so much talent to offer, i can't wait to see another album.
I play this "Punk Statik Paranoia" CD and the last 2 Dope CDs almost once a week in a my car, i fuckin love it!

What happened to Orgy, why aren't they making new albums? this last album "Punk static Paranoia" really blew me away and i thought it was better than the last 2 previous albums they made. I thought for sure they were really going to take off with their career on this album. Fuck MTV, fuck Radio, it's all about the fans and touring cause that's where the real enjoyment is.

this sounds nothing like what they made on candyass; it's almost too much standard rock sound, not enough experimental & strange guitar tones. this isn't very unique, but i like it better than vapor transmission -- that was just a bad record

this might be bland....but you might also notice this is from their album 'punk statik paranoia', which was their blandest and least-selling album. because, unfortunately, they lost talent as they released an album. 'candyass' was a kick-ass album, 'vapor transmission' was still pretty good, all though a couple tracks lacked creativity, and the last album wasn't very popularized at all....probably because the mainstream thought they had run out of ideas and lost their creativity.

Completely agreed. I, personally, really thought Punk Statik Paranoia was horrible. I really shuddered when I heard it for the first time - a deep disappointment. I don't think we'll hear much of this band anymore, sadly. Also, I think Julien-K is pretty okay but it's really just building on a less mysterious version of Orgy, trying to retain a former glory.

Blah, you're kind of right. PSP wasn't that great, but definitely was NOT as bad as horrible. I mean, songs like Ashamed, Pure and of course this one, Vague, are simply awesome, so please, show more respect. Now regarding the band, there's little to zero probability we see them together creating new stuff again... Nah let's face it, they're done for good, but they'll surely live in our fuckin' music players for the rest of our lives.

Look at this video, this is utter shite, to be honest. Dancing half-naked ladies, performing in a skatepark? This does kinda diminish the intelligent side of Orgy, in my opinion.

Orgy is still an active band, although all members remain constantly busy with numerous side projects as well such as Julien-K, it just goes to show they have so much talent to offer, i can't wait to see another album.
I play this "Punk Statik Paranoia" CD and the last 2 Dope CDs almost once a week in a my car, i fuckin love it!

Julien-K was originally formed in 2003 by Orgy guitarists Ryan Shuck and Amir Derakh, and now consists of Anthony Fu Valcic, Brandon Belsky, Chester Bennington, and Elias Andra.

What happened to Orgy, why aren't they making new albums? this last album "Punk static Paranoia" really blew me away and i thought it was better than the last 2 previous albums they made. I thought for sure they were really going to take off with their career on this album. Fuck MTV, fuck Radio, it's all about the fans and touring cause that's where the real enjoyment is.
Hope to see more from the band in the near future!
