When you are editing you should cut out the parts where you pause to think. It could shorten the time up.

@blackcatxana Except i'm reading from a script... my issue was not thinking, it was rushing to complete it within 15 minutes as that was the time limit for a youtube video... However like i mentioned in the description youtube has upgraded me to infinite amount of time so i can now take my time which should make it less pausing cause of the rushing... and i did try to cut out the pauses but since i'm not really the best at editing at least yet it looked worse then the small pauses lol...
