Nobody can make a song like Springsteen, they're the most human songs out there. The River is such a classic, so loaded with metaphor and symbolism, it's just a killer song on so many levels.

Also, his live version of 'Tougher than the rest' is incomparable, it is elsewhere on youtube.

Getting the chills hearing this again... Beautiful concert and one of the greatest versions of The River i've ever heard. I've got to get some tickets to Parken next summer

Man, hvor jeg dog glæder mig til at høre Bossen og The E-street band i Parken til sommer. Så også interviewet med ham i Go' aften Danmark i går.

pubgenius, you are in for a treat. The band is really gelling and especially Lofgren and Max were superb all through...Max is the mother of drummers...he just doesn't let up...what a backbone for a band to have...
