The Fixx are timeless. One of the best bands I've ever come across. Each song has it's own atmosphere and the haunting melodies just keep you wanting more.
One of my favorite songs, it touches me very deeply.
The Fixx is very underrated and forgotten, like almost the few real good bands from the 80's. Curnin's voice is beautiful, and I love the studio guitar work by Jamie West Oram, specially at the end of the song.
I love The Fixx. I don't feel today's music is as good as this. Not even close. So much pop trash these days. This such a great tune. I used to listen to this tune on my headphones over and over again. Still sounds terrrific.
Never heard this song before by The Fixx:( This is sooooo BEAUTIFUL!!! I'm playing this over and over again!! Why this band is not famous? They should be up there or above U2,if you ask me...Brillant band!!!
The song that refuses to resolve to the tonic ! 4 minutes of pure grace, gliding along like Forrest Gump's feather in the wind. The fade alone brings tears to one's eyes. If this song doesn't set you free, than what will?
This song,The unforgettable fire by U2,Head over heals by tears for fears ,Entre nous by Rush and More than this by Roxy Music are this genre of intelligent music to me;a sophistication that has been lost by the industry's idiocracy.
This song is so awesome, I can remember as a kid listening to this on vinyl over and over again dreaming that I was in a video for it. (-: it's very hard to find this music. Thanks for posting it.
THANK YOU!!! I've been looking for the original version of this song for YEARS!! I still have the vinyl, but no way to get to my iPod!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS!!!!
reminds me when me and my family used to go to the beach, 20 years ago, and we´d drive 30m to the beach listening to this, i cant ever forget this feeling.
I Will...Surrender!

A GREAT BAND! probably the best music that came out of the eighties, and so unrecognized it's a crying shame. Always playing them.

The best pop bands like The Fixx, all have a soft element of ''light jazz'' in their music. Level 42 is an example of this.

Beautiful. I think The Fixx makes some of the best crafted songs. Start to finish.

The Fixx have a massive amount of good songs. I`m so glad I decided to follow them when I was 12 years old back in 83`. It`s been a pleasant trip.

To me, this song is Death speaking to me. It knows my pain and sees the redness in my eyes, and if love doesn't set me free, then it will.

We need more great bands like this today, great musicians, great song writers, great lyrics, great vocals. Don't see that these days..............:-(
