The point of the matter is that the long term solution in the middle-east is not to bring them all here but to fix the root so they have no incentive emigrate. 3% may not be much but its enough to take away the need for them to integrate into our society. Why would they when they already have their own community within ours? Either limit immigration to a sustainable quantity, or give the money in aid of development etc. in their home countries. But if any politician says that they are "racist".
