Not only are the cops and spy agencies involved in dealing drugs in the black market, cops kill 4X more people per year than the general population. You guys have 5x the population, so its 13000 deaths, vs 500. This is 26 times more... I just think not neccesarily banning completely, but strict licensing, like over here. @TheJerry834 you're obviously confused, by resisting an arresting officer the officer has the right to make you comply, normally with simple techniques to start off with; pressure points, joint locks, ect. only when the suspect begins to resist further do the officers need to up their force, i.e. taser, OC spray, ASP baton. Only when a situation gets worse such as the subject has any sort of weapon or has become overly assaultive to the point of deadly force, thus the officer feels his life...
