@zummone Huh, didn't know that, I speak a little Italian, I'm not fluent through just odd sentences, most of what I say is probably broken Italian anyway =P

But from the way I read that only two words can really fit there 'love' or 'hate'. When I was younger I always thought she was gonna say 'I love you' but now I think about it, how would Naomi go from hating Snake with a passion to love, when they've only spoken over the coded and briefly when she injected him.

@thebaconboy I personally don't think she would say I love you, but maybe like "I forgive you" for what she was put through when Frank Jaegar (aka Grey Fox) died in Zanzibar. Since he was the only family that she remembers, she hated Snake for what happened.

@Schwaby69 Saying "I forgive you" after letting go that the injection of foxdie was part of the operation wouldn't have much sense since it would be like saying "I forgive you although I wasn't the only one wanting to kill you and I guess you're going to die anyway tough luck my good pal Snake".

If anything, the closest thing would be "I'm sorry", realizing she went wrong on Snake and that would be like trying a last minute fix to make SNAKE forgive Naomi.

Or maybe she was just stuttering.

@thebaconboy i think there was a long time where she hated him for what happened to frank jaeger aka grey fox, the man who took care of her and was like an older brother, so she was plotting revenge and secretly altered the fox die to eventually kill him. frank wanted snake to tell her the truth, that he killed her family and decided to take her in from the guilt, but snake only told her that grey fox saved the day, and that he loved her very much, from that moment snake was a carrier of foxDie

@IronHideFXH For the Meryl I think there are two cues and the second one is an instrumental version of "the best is yet to come", but it is very hard to rip the music out of those scenes without leaving some room for the voices echo, the codec ones are echo-less thus you can rip them good

@zummone Well you know the instrumental version of "The Best Is Yet To Come" plays during the codec conversation after you give up. If you put in "mgs - demo roll b - part 18 (Codec, I can't save the world)" in the search, It's the first video by goodcowgames. It starts after the background music stops.

@TheCyborgN1nja I dunno. I kinda like it. I think of it as it's own version, y'know? You got the MGS4 version, the original, the twin snakes version, and this one. The static makes you feel like you're on the end of the codec, only able to hear the static, the howls of wolves, and the raging snow storm.
