@FromFinlandDude we had it good, we were scarring the shit out of the Talib's, cuz they cant shoot down our planes, we werent fighting in uniform, and we were using local assets to show us the Talib hiding spots. if we kept that up, the Talib's might have even surrendered. but now that we employed conventional ground troops, we stepped onto the open battlefeild, also we pissed off the afghan national army so they didnt help us for a while. now the talibs can see us, but we cant see them

Tier One operators are composed out of groups such as U.S. Army Delta force, Navy Seal teams, and the Air Force's 24 Special tactics squadron. For instance USSOCOM falls under the control of the JSOC. In essence Tier 1 can be anyone.

The teams as a whole, tend to get chosen for Tier One operations from their respective branches. So one team of Navy Seals could get chosen, and One team of U.S. Army Delta could be chosen for another team. Get what im saying.
