Great idea flying your birds up the stairwell for exercise! How did you train them to fly back down to their perches? When doing jump-ups with my Coopers, she always just wants to sit on my glove unless I throw a tid-bit on the floor...

Hey dude. Call the bird to the glove like you have a did bit. Then toss out your tid bit. Once the bird figures out what's going on you are doing jump downs. Then when it's in the habit you can reverse the reward to on the glove. Just a suggestion. It worked for me.
