Understand that Sovereign Citizens are an off shoot of Christian Identity Movment & Johnny Liberty aka John Van Hove has been convicted of fraud more than once and that British Isrealism has roots to this deception as well. The Beloit SWAT Team conducted a search warrant Fri afternoon at the residence of Christian Edward P. He led police on a high-speed chase into Il on Thu and was apprehended Fri near Sparta Il. Arrest warrants were issued Fri for felony 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety and felony knowingly fleeing an officer. Besides the most recent charges, he is also due in Rock County Court for a status conference on a misdemeanor count of bail jumping and scheduled trial for misd. possession of THC.

From birth we are deceived by their frauds. Since they commit fraud against us, their contracts with us are all null and void. If you stand against them then they will force you to their will or silence you, otherwise they admit they committed fraud. There is no "constitutional right", read the Declaration of Independence, our rights have always been there, the Constitution just tells the Gov they cannot violate them and how they should protect them. I'm a bit between a rock and a hard place. Lawfully I am allowed to do anything I want on My land. Lawfully if I have a boundary fence with posted: No Trespassing I can drop someone right in My yard if they are armed and dangerous. If I have a fence at least I don't have to hide out in My house I can at least go outside - I just want to be safe and the fence provides the hard boundary that MUST BE VIOLATED UNLAWFULLY in order for any of these CRIMINALS to knock on My door.
