50-55 lesser demons in karamaja

55-60 greater demons in bounty hunter volcano (wilderness volcano)

not to intrude at all, but i strongly recommend - chickens 1-14, cows 14-34, lvl 12 minotaurs 34-40 (if p2p) then rockies to 80 and yaks to 99. if f2p from 40- 99 do lessers, takes about 600k bronze arrows

i recently made an f2p hybrid pure and if you have quite a bit of money then buy 200k bronze arrows and train in a pvp world at minataurs for EP, the level 27 ones would be best for 30+ range and maybe do the 25k trick with a good friend your level for money back. you don't really need to pick the arrows up.

what i did for easy magic levels is curse spells they are very cheap and no hp xp i killed hillies until i got about 100k then i bought the neccasary runes

and you dont have to wear armour at all if you go to lummy magic dummies it always works =) or you can just do what he said and wear armour to -64 or -65 mage bonus and go to either the monk of zamorak or the lesser =)
