Epic video. I love exercising, it's something to look forward to. The thought of working my way up to get stronger is an exciting thought. Not to mention, it never fails to make me feel good. The increase in testosterone is intoxicating, really, I get chills down my spine. I've even come to find that after a good workout, music is better and it strikes me more emotionally due to the increase in dopamine and/or endorphins. Does anyone else experience such great benefits??
