Frida must have been feeling similar to the lyrics at the time, and I imagine she took strength from them. I wonder whether Per had the idea for setting the music to the poem, or whether Frida/Phil Collins asked him to do so especially for the album?

I think I've read somewhere it was a request by Frida. She liked the lyrics so much so she asked Gessle to write music for it. But I don't remember where I've read (or heard!) it, if I find the source I'll let you know :)
