why is the president treated like royalty he only has 1/3 of the power in the US. Luckly Congress says they will veto any Copenhagen treaty so he can sign whatever he wants lol.

Honestly. you wrote that ignorance is going to send people back to the stone age and you wonder why i think your comment is useless?
First, there is no agreed treaty yet to sign. Second, EU is already trading carbon credits and it is more effective than doing nothing.
Third, I am aware of the issues and not paid by anyone to be here at cop15.

that is not ignorance it is a fact. Anyway Europol just announced a 7 Billion dollar fraud ring in that "more effective" carbon credit scheme. Who knows how many other schemes are working it now and remember these are your TAX dollars that are being gambled off like this.

Do you even know what the treaty signifies?? Sorry but the Banks will create carbon CREDITS that will trade on the Carbon Exchange. Imagine when IT creates a bubble like the derivatives just did. I admire your ambition to save the earth but you're ignorance is going to set us back to the stone age and most likely kill millions. please understand what the treaty is before asking the president and world leaders to sign it
