I don't see the paradox here. Can you explain it? There's just not enough info to make a logical choice. It's like an illogical, irrelevant question about the robot. There's no logic to be applied. What am I missing?

you chose the wrong answer. the robot says it will give the cupcakes back if molly guesses correctly what it will do with them, if she says he is gonna eat them and she is correct- how can he give them back? if he does not eat them and gives them back instead it makes her answer wrong anyway, which means he will eat them, which means her original answer was right. etc.

It's basically a "you're screwed whatever you do" kind of thing. It's based off an book by the same name. In the book a pilot had to fly a dangerous military mission and he didn't want to. However there was a clause saying that if you were crazy you didn't have to fly. Then there was catch 22 which said that if you didn't want to fly for fear of your own safety, than you were sane and thus had to fly the mission.
