@WilhelmRyan147R its actually really easy.. you just bar your right hand index or middle finger on the 12th fret harmonic and stroke the strings with your middle/ring finger.

if you play the bar with your index, stroke the strings with ur middle, and if ur barring with your middle finder stroke with your ring finger C;

yeah, its a one handed harmonic strum. and it is done just as it looks in the vid- index finger on the harmonic and middle finger strumming
