Hey guys don't worry about affecting your mind through weed. I use cannabis for over 15 years now and never had any issues at all. Just use it responsibly and you'll be fine! This guy probably just has an unusual way showing his excitement. Not to sound offensive, but you really could have put more effort into getting a nice sound out of it. That was probably the worst reindition of crossroads I've ever heard. Judging from your videos you're not poor, so get yourself a tube amp and try again!

Actually my lungs will NOT be hurt, because I prefer to use a vaporizer so I don't inhale any combustion products. + I can assure you the weed I use is definitely from honourable sources and they woud never even think of adding any substances. In case you didn't notice, there are many users who are minors and instead of making them feel bad and criminalize them and then have them seperate themselves from their families, we should be straight realistic. Its kinda true that tube amps have a better bottom end to them, at least I think so, but Line 6 amps can sound fucking great if you know how to set em up. I've got a line 6 spider II myself, and I have no complaints about it. The insane channel can give you a great Paul Gilbert-ish tone if you know what you're doing. Its just based on personal preference, so stop arguing over it already :p.

I have a fender FM100H head and the clean channel is awesome on it,

when paired with a guitar fitted with a seymour duncan sh-2n jazz pickup on bridge, a sh-11 on the neck,

and a BOSS Metal Zone 2 it sounds phenomenal.

FM100H is nothing special man. Just a cheap solid state. I've played both, and I don't like Line 6, but you'll get better tone than the fender. If you expect to get a quality amp from a company like fender, you've got to drop some cash.

I now have a pro co rat on my setup and when you get the clean channel just right it sounds really good, and the rat gives it that slightly muddy almost tube tone.

to get the true quality u have to get a tube amp which costs upwards of 1000 bucks, but pedals can get a much better sound than the line 6, cause its not going through a computer filter, its going through sounds that are actually changed by circuts in the foot pedal, not by a computer chip with software powered sounds.

Both of you are wrong. I own two all tube amp's. The Fender Hot Rod Deluxe cost me

600, and my Crate V32 Palomino Head cost me 300. Thats right, two all tube amps for under 1000. Comparing the FM100 to a cheap Line 6 is like saying "I'm more partial to eating dog shit than cat shit." The rat is a fuzz pedal, which is why its muddy. Not because it sounds like tube tone. Educate yourself before you go on senseless rants about shit you don't know, and do have a nice day.

would anyone posting comments here recommend the wilkenson trem over the floyd rose? cuz i mean without the locking nut and locking bridge, it seems like way less of a hassle. but i wanna tune as little as possible and i want a great quality bridge.

Original floyds are the goods, not the licensed ones unless there high end Ibanez some were actually ball bearing.

Anywho the wilkenson is the next best thing and keeps the Strat feel and tonality. Just remember to get locking tuners and a graphite nut or a lsr roller nut is nice but only if your right handed...
