I bought a Storm, and returned it within two weeks. Aside from the innumerable deficiencies (compared to the iPhone,) I simply couldn't set an appointment time. Every time I tried to set the date and time for an appointment, it wouldn't register. I couldn't get rid of the thing fast enough.

its because people live in different places. you are obviously going to get stronger AT&T signals in some places and stronger verizon signals in other places.  Where i live at least verizon seems to have the superior signal.

Where I live Verizon has far superior signal vs At&t in fact sometimes At&t had no signal at all not even in roam mode. My point about the iphone was and still is that it has 3g speeds ONLY 25 percent of the time even when the iphone had full 3g service and I was not talking about the networks I was talking about the iphone itself as other phones like the At&t tilt had 3g service %100 percent of time when the phones where in a 3g service area.

The verizon network is so great on 3g you don't need a WI FI you fucken idiot unlike the AT&T it has shittty quality of 3g from average to terrible I've been all over I travel for my job and I've had the iphone for a wile It's a piece of shit I do not reccomend it the quality is GOOD but the actual work of it sucks... the 3g isnt great on the blackberry cause the cdma chip interferrs with the 3g chip making it slower even if one against the other was off. so... if you want a fast 3g phone none CDMA get the iphone 3g it better.

I think Verizon is being very smart. I bet you, they will come back with a new "updated version" of Blackberry storm with Wi-Fi capability. If you look at it from marketing point of view; its a new and exciting phone, of course people will still buy it even if it does not have Wi-Fi. Now when the updated version comes with Wi-Fi, they will target those people (the skeptics) who didn't buy the phone on first round for some reason. Price may be a little lower too so it can sell like a hot cake.
