I made my first ELF (UK) order the other day! I bought a load of their brushes,2 sets of dramatic false lashes & some lip gloss. I must admit though,I am disappointed in the false lasshes (I know one cannot complain when they cost £1.50) but I think they are really bad. The band is white and its as if the lashes are just wrapped around the band, which makes it look odd. It looks like you have a black and white aterpillar crawling across your lashline! The band needs to be black.

I was going to ask what mascara you used - at the end your eyelashes look gorgeous - but then I saw the info box and they're fake...

I'm too scared to use fake eyelashes, I always feel like I'll just end up looking overdone.

I've got very pale skin, blue eyes and dark hair, and I'm wondering if the red would clash with me. Do you think there's another shade (possibly a different shade of red) that I'd be able to get away with without looking like a candycane?

I think Vesper has the same colouring and I found her make up very dark, so I would perhaps go for a burgundy red rather than a bright red, then blot until it is a shade you like.

Wow... That was really beautiful! But I think it looks so much nicer with your kind of really dark eyecolour. I also have brown eyes, but a quite light, hazel kind of colour. AND bright, blonde lashes and brows.. Hate that. Also, I wish I could find elf make up here in Spain. The palettes are so nice!!
