Pacquiao is a great boxer but if he fights Mayweather. Mayweather will win. Mayweather's tactics is blocking and counter. No wonder he doesn't get tired throught the rounds. Now in the other hand, Pacquaio uses too much energy on his hooks and especially those hard combos. Pacquiao has passed every drug test, including the one the night of his fight with Cotto.
Pacquaio also agreed to several blood tests leading up to the fight with Mayweather, including that would be taken right after the fight. This is on top of the mandatory urine tests that would be taken at any time before the fight.
The Mayweathers don't seem to know how 'steroids' work and are just pussying out.

blood testing immediately after the fight will prove if there are PEDs in a boxer's system. There is no way to hide it. The reality is Mayweather wants to disrupt Pacquiao's training because it takes him 2-3 days to recover and a week to get his training rythm back. Just imagine having a number of random blood testings within a months timeframe and figure out how it would impact Pacquiao's training immensely. This is actually indirect harassment to a fighters training.

Roach and Pac said that they are willing to take the test 4-5 days before the fight and right after fight. But not willing to do it before the fight due to what happened on the first fight against Morales. Blood was drawn from Pacman before the fight which he said made him weak and affected his fight. Which they will never do again.

it's not the neveda rule. it's the mayweather rule. he agreed to do it after the fight. mayweathers camp want's it done 2 days before the fight, just when your arm is still sore from the blood draw.

he's willing to do it as long as it's not 2 days before the fight which camp mayweather wants to do. think of it also, it's not olympic.....it's NEVADA rules, it's where they choose to fight.

honestly i dont think pacquiao's immense speed/power or buzzing is going to cound for shit against such a fast reacting, intelligent counter-punching sniper like floyd, as soon as manny tries to close in and swarm with all those punches, floyd's hand is going to fly out of nowhere and make him regret is- always does.
