Everyone has their own opinion. There's something to be said about playing with skins on then watching some TF2 with default skins (either by sv_pure or from a video); the defaults have their beauty, and their place... (I sometimes feel like the slightly different shape of Bullet Bills to regular rockets throws me off when not using Bullet Bills; ie sv_pure)

Since the pyro in the left corner is changed to and all classes are i think it's a reskin.

It's maby not a reskin but it looks alot like one.

Yeah, that was part of a reskin, from the World's Greatest Skinpack: Blu. They go directly with their skin for the class, but I've since replaced blu pyro with another skin, just been too lazy to change the sprite.
