I believe in God and I believe the bible is the inpired word of God, and yes there is proof. there are several verses where it says those in christ will be "taken out" and "kept from" the comming trials, why dont you read it for yourself? educate yourself on the subject, you dont have to believe in God to read the bible, read it all with an open mind asking God if he's real to show you the truth, I guarantee that if you mean it, He will show you. if he's not real then you have nothing to lose.

the Bible is clear that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works of any kind, including baptism (Ephesians 2:8-9). So, any interpretation which comes to the conclusion that baptism, or any other act, is necessary for salvation, is a faulty interpretation. The Bible does not say that if a man is not baptized then he will not be saved. If that were true, Jesus would never have been able to assure the criminal crucified with Him that he would be with Him in paradise

absoloutly true. AND.. if Jesus didn't save, then he wouldn't have needed to die on the cross for us. the hole point of him dying on the cross was for dying for our sins so we could have a second chance if we asked for it. affter the cross.. he was put into a tomb.. on the third day.. he rose from the dead and was alive again. God spoke to my heart and i want to go to Iran now after bible college which is in just 4 till i go to bible college.. i might be executed for preaching the true word of God over there... but it will be worth it, rigt?

The rapture probs won't happen, you will probably die of cancer or maybe a heart attack, possibly if your lucky old age. When you die, you'll either be in a nursing home, or a small home in the suburbs, maybe near the beach or in the country. Dont' listen to doomsayers, listen to god, not religion. The way I look at it is, God is God religion is twisted and weaved by human hands. Be a nice person, LOVE each other do what you can to help. Then if the rapture happens you'll be fine.

@jizzy852 Just a thought. I'm an atheist, though I used to be a Christian, and I've read the Bible. Specifically Revelations because of all the talk around it. From what I gather, if God was real and the apocalypse came, he would save as said in the Bible 144,000 Jews from the twelve tribes. Everyone else burns in a "lake of fire", aka : Hell. Nothing about born again, or even baptized followers of Christ going to God's side. Not trying to be offensive, but how can you still believe that?

Rapture is the english terms we use to describe theological concept clearly taught in Scripture.
The word rapture in Scripture is taken from the Latin rapio for the two words caught up used in 1 Thessalonians 4:17. the english term to refer to the Lord Jesus coming for the church, to lift her up into the heavens. One raptured is lifted up in love. "caught up" "rapture" means the same thing, Either word it is still going to happen, maybe you should study your bible more my friend.

ARJI1979 Where are any english words in the bible? The KJV was translated into english. So the old tired argument about the word "rapture" is as silly as picking any other word. However the bible DOES say "catching away" (the english translation of it). All you've managed to do here is show dissension. You said "all americans". Sounds quite prejudiced to me. Nice idea to leave a time capsule message for people.
One problem. The Bible and logic contradicts the belief that the rapture happens before tribulation.
Logic:
What is the best lie Satan can use. "Relax, don't worry, you won't be here."
If you believe you are suppose to be gone before the Mark of the Beast is forced on you then Satan can easily trick you.
If you're raptured when you don't expect it, no problem.
Pre-tribulation rapture is a very bad bet. Don't bet your soul or others on it

A pretrib rapture does not contradict itself and is a matter of apologetics and massive debate. Unfortunately what you've managed to do here is prove dissension in a little white box on youtube. Paul writes For God has not destined us for wrath but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ. Pay close attention Paul says God has not destined us for wrath specifically the wrath of the Day of the Lord. Further evidence that Christians will not go through the Tribulation is when Paul writes in1 Corinthians, he sharply rebukes them for their being carnal Christians. Paul also writes about the Rapture he never once indicates that any true believers would endure the Tribulation

People did not believe Jesus was coming, He also kept Noah and his family from the flood, just as he will the christians.
