u press triangle (PS2), or Y (xbox), basically the block button, and press the joystick directly towards, or away from the character (its hard to explain u'll get it tho its easy). However the only characters you can do it with is Elektra, Daredevil, Spiderman, cuz their pretty much the agile ones of the game.
