I don't think Oprah will destroy youtube, nor will she re-create youtube. It's just bringing new people to youtube who wouldn't usually come to the site, and of course people are going to be upset if big celebrities come on youtube and they think they take all the attention and bring it to them or something (I don't even know what the big fuss is about).

But after a while it will just be another person on youtube.

Youtube is a closer community than television in my opinion though. It would behoove Oprah to embrace it fully and promote the Utubers that helped to build this house.

A special dedicated to some of the more prominant personalities would be a gentle embrace.
