Although I haven't left the US I would guess that the best weed around in most countries is about the same in quality. The quality of weed depends on the grower not the place of growth and there are a lot of really good genetics that can be bought online and grown anywhere. Plus I always hear about fucked up shit like bud contaminated with glass in Europe.
