I don't find it that offensive. I've seen worse on the Wayans Brothers, Saturday Night Live, or Dave Chappelle. This doesn't really insult chinese it just points their accent and chopstick use.
PS: If you've ever tried to eat jello with chopsticks, it IS frustrating.
