@macluvr6 I really can't remember because this video was made 2 years ago. There are no quick fixes to any program but here's what I found out that works for me and most people. If you can start eating clean & healthy with a regular workout program you will see the pounds drop off.

First week is hell if you are not in shape. That is why they have you do the fitness test (which I barely passed). I think they knew that people would buy it anyway and start without passing the test. When TH says modify, modify. Also most of the people on the dvd where not in shape when they started. This is a lifestyle change. Changes come slowly with hard work. One more thing, check out the pictures on the message board. Most of the peole are on thier second or third round of P90x.

As for egg whites i get the containers from the store. And probly once or twice a week ill throw in a real egg with my egg whites. As they arent bad in small amounts.
I totally agree, after years of eating greasy fried foods it's very difficult to just stop cold turkey that's why I am treating myself maybe once a week or once a month to something my body will yearn for or desire. Thanks for your recommendation about the egg whites in the containers I have seen them in the grocery store and will give them a try the next time I am food shopping.

This is hard work baby and yes eating habits will change automatically sometimes. You'll get to a point where you don't even want to put those foods in your body. By the way, all fats aren't bad. It was so eassy to give up oreos and ice cream, cakes, im still working on the processed foods. it's hard for me to not eat out of the box b/c veggie burgers come in a box. Hmm...epiphany..I'm going to try and make my own and see how that works. Sometimes you get writing and don't know what'll come out!

It's not a cracker jack workout, U bust ur ass the whole time. It will get easier for u in time.
Once u get used to not having certain things in ur diet, u don't even miss it, or atleast I didn't.
U'll do fine, and in 90 days u will be a totally different person, can't wait to see ur progress.
