of course there are dif ways of doing everything. This is just the way i was taught, and if u look at it it looks more like a bear. its only a CARDIO rest. still good workout
these ARE easier than the rest, but i could STILL feel them in my glutes and calves by the end of the lap. its strange that such a simple movement can b a workout

This isn't the way I do bearwalk - I don't care about straight legs, I just walk on all four as fast as I can without using gallop.
... it doesn't at all feel like resting :P

ya this is one of the REST ones. when u are doing your circuit, do these in the middle. give u a slight break
