for example if you have to take smth to a remote place.....where there is no road....you have just 3 options.....atv....4x4 pickup or car.....or 4x4 van....and the van has the biggest carry capacity....so maybe it's worth it in some cases :P....but i'm sure this clip was made just for fun ;)
Well, right... Freightliner (including Detroit Diesel) is owned by the Daimler AG. Dodge used to be a part of Daimler during the Daimler Chrysler time, but I assume that chapter to be closed forever ;-)

@Ndranghetaboy its a dodge shell everything underneath is Mercedes.
niorize 1 year ago
@niorize There is nothing Dodge on this one. The US Dodge version gets a different steering wheel, a few badges and grill, the rest is Mercedes.
kernow62 1 year ago
@Ndranghetaboy i think it was origionally made by benz in germany then it went to freightliner who then re badged it to dodge
the frieghtliner badge makes it look abitmore clean at the front but either way its all the same :P

That's not crappy music it's the entrance theme for Edge.
Seriously though this would be perfect for the jobsite. What are the chances of getting this in America?

Skip the crappy music man. We want to hear the sound of the vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz badge-engineered the Sprinter and sells it in the US as Dodge.
Here in Germany it´s already the second generation running...since the introduction of the Sprinter in 1995
AndiM2211 2 years ago
Not anymore! The Sprinter will only be sold under the Mercedes name now.
rrpeters 2 years ago
@rrpeters
Nope... it was and will continue in the US to be sold as Freightliner Sprinter
MrWomojo 2 years ago
Which is not a dodge but a Mercedes Benz company. The same way that Unimogs were being badged as Freightliners for the US.
