Not good 89Kxrider, Those splines are on your crank shaft. You may be able to have a machine shop re-thread them for you but if you, you'll have to replace your crank shaft.
Actually there isn't anything different compared to this to a scooter. Your scooter has the same exact parts like this. Mine doesn't have the back cover behind the variator, so it's even easier to do than this.
I recommend you use a piece of cardboard, poke holes in relation to the cvt cover and whenever you remove the long bolts place them in the cardboard so you remember where they will go for the reinstall. Each bolt is a different size.

my sym mio 50 the variator was stuck on the shaft, and after i pried it off, the splines on the variator shaft, are all torn up. What do i do? thanks

The 2 bolts on the right side as you look at it are the 2 longer bolts. All the others are the same size on most GY6's
