Moral at my store is at rock bottom. We are so short staffed during day shift it's ridiculous. We usually have 1 Impress employee, 1 cashier(who is supposed to be the receiving associate), 1 floor person(the freakin' driver), and 1 manager. We are lucky if we get a lunch break. Considering we are the highest grossing store in the disrtict, I find this to be absurd, and they really aren't doing anything to fix it as far as dayshift new hires.

wow, i didn't realize it was like that in other stores too, our only impress guy works mon-fri., we usually have just one manager at a time, we keep hiring people but they all seem to be unavailable on the same days, that and theres always someone calling off, so it really feels like were understaffed...the only difference is that were not the highest in the district, were actually towards the bottom..
