    Most of these lasts didn't do that and ended up bowling the ball way doen off side.

    You also need to leap. Notice the dark haired lad is the only one who lept for the first few rounds - he was the straightest and the fastest. The rest just gave a little skip at best - not good enough.

    You need a strong "trunk" section lower back, stocmach, hips and further up shoulders and upper back. Strngth and suppleness.

    Walk-ups are a decent exercise.
