Rumsfield had this fantasy of waging war from a control room 500 or a 1000 miles away but that doesn't equal security. And I'm sorry, but the chief beneficiaries of fighting a war with so much private paid help are the Corporate entities that are receiving the bulk of the money. Essentially, these corporations are actively on the ground, helping fight this war. Without the restraints of a professional army.
