It's got to be just around the middle of season two. After House tells Stacey that they can't be together, his leg gets worse and he asks Cuddy to give him a shot of morphine. So my guess would be that it's the episode immediately after that, whichever it may be.

great video, nice song..but i have to agree the heart´s shown to often, but when it was opaque it didn´t bother me at all, even when there were three video layers (e.g. at the beginning with the clock) it worked, although at first I thought, "that´s too much.." but it wasn´t. Perfectly alright.
