Wrong 1993 when the made the GM 900 would be when GM actually got their hands on SAAB....So if you want to get really technical they ere using GM v-6 engines in the 9000 and GM 900. so SAABs with the B234/35 and B202 /05 engines are real SAABs....The new 9-3 SS is a pure GM SAAB built starting in 03' I will admit there is more GM genes in my Viggen and 9-5 Aero than I would like, they were built in Sweden DEsigned in Sweden and use a SAAB motor. But the last trur SAAB would be the classic 900.
