Anyone who has ever seen what the roads in Taiwan are like will agree that this would be a good vehicle there. I really like the swivel idea, I think that is the best way to make a vehicle more narrow (efficient) while not sacrificing stability.
I don't think that many Taiwanese will be able to afford this though unless they can keep it cheap. It would have to be somewhat close to what higher end scooters cost for it to be sold there successfully.

It looks like all they did was change the position of the wheels on a golf cart and add a pull-down top. Of course it uses 1/3 the energy of a traditional vehicle... it holds 1/4 the number of people as a traditional vehicle, lol! Stupid.

Wrong. Solar, wind, and tidal energy all can be used to generate electricity. Genetically engineered algae can be generate hydrogen which can then be used to generate electricity. There are many ways to generate electricity, but only one way to get oil.
